Technical Update
All three of them are in sideways
trend. There isn’t any big movement in the price, BOB moved up little bit but
it not that impact full move. Volume are down people are not optimistic about
the market, so the price are not moving. What I believe is that it is just a
phase and as every market guru are saying it is correcting itself I do believe
same, I have very strong reason for that because this stock are fundamentally
very strong and showing good yearly report.
All three stocks are currently in
a sideways trend, with no significant price movements. BOB has shown a slight
upward movement, but it is not an impactful move. Trading volumes are low,
indicating a lack of optimism in the market, which is preventing prices from
gaining momentum.
However, I believe this is just a
phase. As many market experts suggest, the market is undergoing a correction,
and I share the same view. My confidence stems from the fact that these stocks
are fundamentally strong and have delivered solid annual reports.
Random Reads
Today, there wasn’t much movement in the market for these three
stocks. So, I took the opportunity to read a report by India Ratings &
Research, which assigned State Bank of India’s (SBI) long-term bonds a rating
of ‘IND AAA’/Stable, while affirming its existing ratings.
Key Rating Drivers:
Strengths
Largest Bank with High
Systemic Importance: SBI remains the dominant player in India’s banking
sector, backed by an extensive branch network and a vast customer base.
Superior Asset Quality:
The bank has maintained controlled non-performing assets (NPAs) and has shown
improvement in stressed asset recoveries.
Strong Market Position &
Technological Adoption: SBI's continued investment in digital banking
enhances its customer reach and operational efficiency.
Stable Operating
Performance: The bank has demonstrated consistent financial performance
with robust profitability metrics.
Weaknesses:
Moderate Capital Ratios:
While SBI's capital position remains stable, its capitalization is supported by
an improved ability to raise equity.
Additional Insights
Capital Adequacy: SBI complies with Basel III norms and maintains a healthy capital position through strong internal accruals.
Government Backing:
As a state-owned bank, SBI enjoys financial stability and confidence from both
depositors and investors.
Diversified Revenue Streams: With operations spanning retail banking, corporate banking, treasury, and international banking, SBI mitigates risks associated with over-reliance on any single segment.
Technological Advancements: The bank continues to enhance customer experience through digital initiatives, including internet banking, mobile banking, and AI-driven services.
